Mindfulness workshops

A mindfulness workshop? What should I imagine? You will explore individually and in groups. You will learn about mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence. Specific exercises let you experience what mindfulness can do for you. We discover and cultivate your own abilities. We meditate together and there is ample attention for sharing experiences. In our workshops you are expected to participate actively and to be open to the unknown. Different working methods are used to stimulate and make you enthusiastic. The business workshops will be slightly more attuned to situations that arise within the working atmosphere. This is in contrast to the private workshops that focus more on situations from daily life.
