Experience for yourself what Mindfulness can mean. An open and perhaps curious attitude is desirable, experience is not required.During this 2.5-hour workshop, explanations are given in peace at an inspiring location, meditated together and specific mindfulness exercises are done. In a small group there is plenty of room for sharing experiences.
If you've got the hang of it, you can participate in the 6-week Mindfulness follow-up workshop. In this, the different parts of Mindfulness & Mindfulness meditation practice in relation to specific EI (Emotional Intelligence) skills are discussed in more detail.
